All orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of purchase. We will reach out to you via email if we anticipate any shipping delays with an anticipated date your order will ship.

We typically use USPS Economy shipping to provide the lowest shipping fees possible. This means it may take 5-10 business days for you to receive your order. If you need your order expedited, please email us at theuntamedthread@gmail.com PRIOR to finalizing your purchase so we can determine the best shipping option for you. 

Local Pick-Up Available for FREE

If you live in the Milwaukee Area, local pick-up is available at our studio for FREE. If you choose local pick-up when you place your order, you will receive an email when your order is ready, typically 1-3 days. We are located at:

1845 N. Farwell Ave, Suite 220.

Pick-Up Times:

M - F 8:00am - 5:45pm

Saturdays 8:00am - 11:45am

No Sunday Pick-Ups
