Adorable flouncy tiered mini skirt that has that total Boho vibe. Pair with some wedges and a crop top. There was no size tag on this so size is estimated by the measurements. This is a really light cream color not a bright white.
NOTE that there is a bump on the waistband seam. It appears some of the elastic waistband was sewn into the seam. See last pic for details. There was also no fabric tag on this but it is likely some sort of polyester blend.
