This may be vintage Ann Taylor based on the logo tag but still a classic design, silhouette and fabric. Silk shift dress with back zipper closure and back venting panel. There is a little imperfection on the back which does not look like a snag but just a silk fabric blemish that is tend to be seen in silk. See last pic for details.
