Loft Velvet Polka Dot Puff Sleeve Blouse Size XXSP/XSP

Really cute polka dot blouse where the dots have a velvet feel. The bodice is lined but the sheeves are sheer and have a puff sleeve at the shoulder. Smocked wrist cuffs and button closure at the back of the neck.
