Refund policy

The Untamed Thread takes great care to ensure the condition of each piece is fully disclosed, including pictures of flaws as needed. In addition, we also post as many measurements as possible to help you determine fit. If you have any questions about a piece prior to finalizing a purchase, please contact us - we are happy to help!

If there is an issue with a piece you received or something was not described correctly, we allow returns up to 15 days from the delivery date per the tracking record. To initiate a return, email us within 15 days of the delivery date at theuntamedthread@gmail.com and include your order number in the email and the reason for your return.

Once the return is approved, The Untamed Thread will issue you a return label via email and we charge a standard return shipping fee of $5.99. Your refund, which will be the original sale price of the piece(s) less the $5.99 shipping fee, will be issued within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned piece(s). If the piece(s) arrive in a different condition than it was at the time of purchase or with additional damage to the point we cannot resell it, a refund will not be issued.

The Untamed Thread is not responsible or will provide refunds for packages damaged in transit. If you order was damaged due to negligence by the shipping carrier, you will need to file a claim with that carrier.
