Really nice and except for the wear on the tag, looks like brand new plaid button down shirt that has two chest pockets, one being branded, and button closure at the wrists.

NOTE that the size tag was worn out so size is based on measurements. Please check those for fit. Carhartt size chart indicates a 44 chest is a size Large.
